BE THE BEST WIN A JEEP
At LOVING, we are incentivizing excellence by giving away a 4-Door Jeep Wrangler to one lucky TEAM member. This is part of our Be The BEST initiative. Across all locations and divisions, TEAM members can earn points (entries) for the drawing, which will take place in December 2025.
HOW IT WORKS

Who Is Eligible?
All TEAM members, except for Director-level and above, are eligible. Whether you’ve been at LOVING for one week, one year, or fifteen years. If you are no longer an active member of the TEAM at the time of the drawing, your entries become void.

Earn Points (Entries)
Every TEAM member, except for Director-level and above, can earn points/entries by way of job referrals. Each successful referral earns two (2) entries. Landscaping crew members can also earn one (1) entry for achieving measuring cup success, as well as entries from managers for achieving excellence.

Tracking & Drawing
The Human Resources TEAM is responsible for tracking all entries. A leaderboard will be displayed across locations until the drawing takes place. The official drawing will happen live during the 2025 LOVING Christmas Party.
